Starting in 2017, OnPointe Productions was created from a small town favor and has grown to multiple back to back Best of the Best National Grand Champions. Our story is an amazing journey that we have been blessed with amazing families, dancers, and support.
In 2017, OnPointe Productions started with a small team based in The Dance Centre studio. In our first year, we captured nominations to Artist of the Year and National events. Through the gauntlet of Covid-era dance restrictions and competitions along with Covid scares within our own team, we were able to find a way to continue. We have worked hard over the past seasons to continue to develop dancers that wanted to expand into the competitive dance world.
We have been blessed to be recognized for multiple studio awards. One of the these is the ADCC Studio of Excellence award. We also have received the "Studio of Passion" award. In 2025, we received a "Studio Sprit Award" from Applause Talent. We honor and cherish these awards knowing our dancers display the type of sportsmanship, professionalism, and overall teamwork that these awards recognize. In addition to the studio awards, OnPointe has received multiple Regional and National Choreography Awards. We have also had multiple dancers receiving various Judges Awards, Power Performance Awards, and Top Overall Scoring Routine Awards.
In the 2023-24 season, we saw our first National Champions crowned on our team including a National Title Winner. This team wanted more and went on that same season to capture 2 Best of the Best National Grand Champion titles as well. From here, there was only one thing that could cure this fever, and that was continue to work harder and grow.
In 2024-25 season, that fever lead us to expanding our team again. Our growth was not just in numbers. Our dancers put in hard work to expand their technique and skills for the season. That hard work paid off for them. We captured multiple National Champion Runner-Ups and Top Placements, more National Champions, National Title Winners, and 2 more Best of the Best National Grand Champion titles.
We are excited to see where our journey continues to lead us this in the 2025-26 season.
